When most people think of the word"love," their first thought is of embracing, kissing, and sexual activity. Some may have fond memories of how their parents showed "love." Some may think of the "love" their grandparents have shown for each other for forty, fifty or maybe even sixty years. Still others may think of the "love" they have had for that special friend. Sadly to say, their are others who may think of the "love" they missed out on as they were growing up.

What really is "true love?"

"True love" shows itself by action; by doing something for others without thought of getting something in return. "True love" is not interested in self, but others. Such is the case in the life of one elderly lady in the book, "It Seemed Like the End," written by Ottumwa, Iowa author, Glenn McCoy.

This exciting fiction story tells how one young man was effected by lack of "love" as he grew up and how the "love" of one elderly Christian lady made a difference in his life.
